Direct-fit billet aluminium replacement for the fragile plastic VANOS end caps on the S65B40 engine. CNC machined in the UK from 6061-T6 aluminium, not 6062-T6 - the source listing misstates the grade; we correct it.
Black anodised for corrosion resistance and subtle OEM-plus looks
Fully retains spring coverage - critical for correct VANOS timing adjuster function
No modifications, no specialist tools, no guesswork: bolt-on fit for E90/E92/E93 M3
Proven preventative upgrade; avoids brittle cap failure before it strands you mid-corner
Not a full VANOS unit replacement - just the smart, durable fix where the factory got it wrong.
