Direct-fit replacement for BMW and MINI models using OE cap 17117639024. CNC-machined in the UK from solid billet aluminium - no plastic brittleness, no slow seepage, no guessing at pressure rating.
60mm diameter; matches OEM sealing surface and thread pitch exactly
Retains factory coolant system pressure integrity - critical for fast road or track day use
No re-torquing needed after warm-up; consistent seal across thermal cycles
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and finished with subtle anodised sheen
Not a badge-on cover. Not a universal adapter. Just a properly engineered cap that does one job, better.
