How we sell
- Every price is shown in your currency before you pay, and any UK delivery charge is shown at checkout.
- Many items are sourced to order from our suppliers and manufacturers rather than held on our own shelves. If something you order has a lead time, we email you and tell you what it is before we go any further.
- If you need a part by a certain date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
- Consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy, shipping policy and terms.
